Reflections on the State of the System Safety Practice

Meaghan O’Neil and Duncan Kemp are the founding co-chairs of the INCOSE System Safety Working Group. In this session they will highlight common challenges in current practice of system safety. They will include a brief overview of the newly updated System Safety section in the version 5 of the INCOSE handbook.
